This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through Shadow Gear USA. We are committed to getting your high-quality backpacks to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.


 

🚚 Shipping Destinations

 

We proudly offer shipping to the following locations:

  • Continental United States (The Lower 48 States)

  • Alaska and Hawaii

  • U.S. Territories (This includes Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands).


 

⏰ Order Processing Time

 

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.


 

💲 Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Important Notes:

  • Delivery times are estimates and start after the order has been processed.

  • Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories may take longer due to geographic distance.

  • Shipments to U.S. Territories are considered domestic but may be subject to local taxes or fees (like excise or sales tax), which are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. For example, Puerto Rico has a sales tax and Guam imposes a gross receipt tax.


 

🔍 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.


 

📬 Shipment to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

 

We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If using a P.O. Box, we recommend selecting a carrier that supports P.O. box delivery at checkout.


 

⚠️ Damages, Issues, and Lost Packages

 

Shadow Gear USA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Then, contact us at [Your Customer Service Email] so we can assist.

  • Lost Packages: If the tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier. Once you have initiated a claim with the carrier, contact us for further support.
